By accessing and using FinScout ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

FinScout provides financial analysis tools and data visualization services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. FinScout cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service is billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. All of your content will be immediately inaccessible from the Service upon cancellation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FinScout be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
