1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your billing period.
2. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
After the initial 7-day period, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of annual subscriptions. However, exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
